What is your primary product or service?
taxi and sedan airport transportation including minivans and suvs. Dinners, sporting events, night out as directed from mostly metro west area, but not limited to. Also a LOCAL WALTHAM TAXI SERVICE
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
started driving taxi in 1988 and as a progressive sort of thing wanted to do things my way so it just sort of happened.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
not sure about others, but we offer reasonable rates and on-time service and think we are user friendly. our customers seem to think so too.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
one location with no immediate plans to expand

With a reservation, 24-7. We will never leave you stranded at the airport if you have a reservation. As of January, 2011, we are open 24-7 for all business.

That we are professional on the phone, are always on time and have drivers with excellent driving skills who know when and when not to talk.
